We were very lucky to have been invited to visit Radicals Pro Driver Mogar Filho at his home track in Brazil, Autódromo José Carlos Pace (Interlagos), to do some testing of the Radicals Williams FW31 based race car.

The last race before the Christmas-break at Road America didn't end too well for me so with a damaged car and ego and hardly any points I welcomed the 2 weeks off from racing the FW31.
Returning for the first race of 2013 to Watkins Glen felt good, having some nice memories of my best point score race in the Season 3 Grand Prix series race there.

Heading down under I wasn't really looking forward to the race at Phillip Island. It's a fast track with not much room for error and the layout has never been one of my favorites. With the finish line being located after the pit exit we couldn't stick to our normal routine of doing 2 runs with a single timed lap. Since I had trouble getting my fast laps together I opted to go for a longer run so I could do 3 times laps. I didn't get to close to my PB, but I wasn't that unhappy with the 1:07.295 that I did on my second timed lap. Like the previous weeks the times were extremely close once again at this short circuit and I had to start the race from 16th position.

A stunning drive by Wyatt in all the practice sessions to give him the feel of the car. From there Wyatt pushed the Quantum F2000 around the iconic Road Atlanta track to not only get pole position for the race 1 but setting a lap record in the process with a time of 1:24.907.
